You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any eligible funds before closing your account.

Ivibet may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By order of a regulatory authority or for legal reasons.
• At the member's own request through self-exclusion.
